Change of Mind Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
- Sale, clearance, promotional items, and gift cards are not eligible for refund due to change of mind.
- Faulty items are still covered under Australian Consumer Law.
